Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of brioche bread

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

  • Butter or coconut oil for frying

  • Maple syrup, fresh berries, or powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, Aunt Cleo’s spice blend, and granulated sugar (if using) until well combined. Make sure the dish is wide enough to dip the bread slices in.

  2. Preheat the Griddle or Pan:
